The Codastrap fits onto most semi-automatic and automatic strapping machines to print batch numbers, codes, customer names or information as the strapping is fed into the strapping machine.

Some products like brick pallets don't use extra packaging material so marking the strapping is the only way of applying batch marking.

The Codastrap is simple to install externally on semi-automatic or automatic strapping machines. It can also be mounted on manual dispensing systems just as easily.

Reliable and versatile

The printer is driven by the movement of the strapping using very low friction rollers. This ensures normal operation of the strapping machine. The guide rollers are easy to adjust to accommodate any width of strap from 3mm to 45mm, in any thickness.

Features

The printer uses Baselock characters on the print drum to facilitate quick message, batch number or customer logo changes.

Message length up to 215mm

The ink system is a sealed long life ink cartridge which just pushes into the printer. Clean and simple.

No start procedure. The printer will print as soon as the strapping machine operates.
