Printing with the light touch
High speeds can be achieved with a low print pressure of 10-20 psi enabling the Codamark to print the product surface with a light touch without product damage.
Clean inking system
A clean fast drying ink cartridge is fitted to the print head giving drying times of seconds on most surfaces. The sealed cartridge ensures the operator never touches any ink.
Versatile mounting
The small print head can be mounted at any angle to suit the product to achieve top, side and base coding.
Features
The print head is fitted with a type holder that can be changed in seconds. Spare holders can be used to pre-set Baselock rubber type.
The Codamark operates only with low pressure air. Optional control boxes are available for use with electrical trigger signals.
The body of the printer is polished stainless steel, ideal for the food and dairy industry.
A manual self contained coder is offered for total manual coding off line.
